Within 10 days of receiving the shoes, one can return or exchange our shoes. They must be in unused and unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Step 1
Send us a WhatsApp message at +91 ……….. with your Order ID, email us at hello@dipyo.com.
Step 2
Once our team starts a chat with you, you will be asked for photographs of you wearing the shoes. The photos are important for us to know what’s wrong with your order and how we can assist you.
Step 3
Please await a confirmation message from our end to initiate the return. We will try to arrange for a reverse pick-up through our courier partner. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request you to self-ship it at our address. Please note the reverse pickup takes 3-4 days.
Step 4
Once the shoes are received, our team will check if they are in an unused and unworn condition.
Step 5
Once approved, your credit/exchange will be processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that the shoes delivered to you are damaged or different from the order, please inform us within 48 hours by sending us a WhatsApp message at +91 …..or writing to us at hello@dipyo.com. Do not forget to mention your Order ID.
Please share photographs of the damaged or differing product when making a request. We will replace the damaged shoes at no additional cost and shall deliver the same within 7-10 days of receiving the request for return.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at hello@dipyo.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
